ARZA	Association of Reform Zionists of America. It is the Reform community's voice for expressing solidarity with the people and the State of Israel.
Budget & Finance	Prepares the congregational budget
Critical Issues	Raises awareness toward issues of interest to both Temple members and to the broader community
Deaf Access	Meets the needs of hearing impaired and hard of hearing congregants
Funeral Practices	Sets policies for the cemetery and helps to establish funeral policies
Hineni	Provides support to those congregants in need during times of illness or death of a loved one
Lifelong Jewish Learning	Develops adult programming encompassing history, culture, and religion of the Jewish people
Marketing	Focuses on external marketing, advertising, and publicity
New Member	Welcomes new members and helps integrate them into our community
Nursery School	Supports the Nursery School through fundraising, programming, and social activities
Religious Practices	In conjunction with the Clergy, plans services and defines ritual practices
Education and Youth	Brings together all the opportunities for formal and informal education; programming, fundraising, and social activities for our youth K through 12
Religious School PTA	Foster community and support of the Religious School
Tikkun Olam	Functions as the organizer and clearinghouse of all tzedakah and other charitable activities by the congregation
Web & Technology	Evaluates the synagogue's technology needs and refines the web site
